Heavy Metal Truants is dedicated to organising adventurous challenges that bring together metal music enthusiasts to raise funds for children's charities. Founded in 2013, what began as a unique initiative combining a passion for heavy metal with the drive to support children's charities has fostered a close-knit community of music lovers who embark on themed rides, walks and runs — welcoming individuals of all skill levels, every year.
